We first review existing connectors against your actual use case. Custom work addresses identified gaps: business rules, mappings, rights, error recovery or supported systems. If a standard connector meets the need, we recommend it.
The platforms involved, flow direction, volumes, validation rules and your target date. We clarify API access and constraints before proposing a scope and estimate. An initial pilot helps test the uncertain parts.
We agree test cases with your teams: creation, updates, rights, duplicates and errors. The pilot is verified before expanding the scope. Documentation, error monitoring and maintenance responsibilities are addressed during scoping.
Tell us about your platforms, the process to improve and your target date. We will come back with the questions needed to define the next step.
