Legal notice, terms of use & personal data

This website is published by DUMONT CONSULTING. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

Publisher

DUMONT CONSULTING, 50 Rue Falguière, 75015 Paris, France. SIRET 90429594600043.

Publication director

Arthur Dumont, reachable at contact@dumont-consulting.fr.

Hosting provider

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) — vercel.com.

Intellectual property

The texts and visuals on this site are the property of their author. Product and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are cited for reference only.

Personal data

The data controller is DUMONT CONSULTING, reachable at contact@dumont-consulting.fr.

Contact form

What you enter there — name, company, email address and message — is used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b). The message is emailed to DUMONT CONSULTING; it is not recorded in any database. It is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Conversational assistant

The assistant on the home page sends your message, along with the current conversation history, to Google (Gemini API) to produce its answer. The site keeps none of it. Do not enter confidential information there, nor data concerning third parties.

Usage limiting

To prevent abuse of the assistant, your IP address is held in memory for one hour, for the sole purpose of counting messages sent. It is never written to disk nor passed to a third party. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Audience measurement

Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools use no cookie and neither write nor read any information in your browser: that is why no consent banner is shown to you.

Hosting and transfers outside the European Union

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and the assistant relies on a Google interface, two providers established in the United States. Visiting the site therefore involves a transfer of data outside the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@dumont-consulting.fr. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority, at cnil.fr.
